A ripping technology breakthrough, with a top and bottom saw arbor design.
Main Features
- This machine is designed and engineered for the first and second stage of material preparation after log is cut.
- Ideally suited for pallet, building materials, and door frame manufacturing.
- Great cutting capacity up to 220 / 300 mm thick and can replace a band saw.
- Computer control for adjusting the cutting thickness or blade diameter.
- The caterpillar chain drive feeding system.
- 5 rows of anti-kickback fingers and safety guard.
- Variable feed speed ranging from 4 to 25 M/min.
- Automatic feed stop for overload protection.
Upper And Lower Saw Arbor Construction
- The machine is designed with upper and lower saw arbors, which give an increased cutting thickness up to 220 mm.
PLC Control (Optional)
- Computerized positioning of upper and lower saw arbors make changing the thickness of cut and varying the blade diameter easy and safe.
Feed System
- This is employed with a link chain feed which ensures great straight-line accuracy and allows for variable speeds at 4~25 M/min. The speed is displayed on a digital readout for added convenience.
Automatic adjustable lubrication system
- To ensure a permanent oil film between the chain and the guide rails.
- If there is insufficient oil in the oil tank, the warning lamp lights up, and the link chain stops running automatically
- To adjust the interval time (oil supply second) and lubrication time with buttons
