Joystick Movable Rip Saw MRS-340M
Joystick Movable Rip Saw MRS-340M is designed to bring operator-friendly control and precise cutting to modern woodworking. As part of our line of Moving Blade Rip Saws and Movable Blade Rip Saws, it integrates joystick-guided positioning with a laser beam guide, making adjustments quick, accurate, and easy to perform.
This Semi-Optimizing Movable Rip Saw delivers the flexibility of up to three moving blades working alongside fixed blades, allowing edging and width cutting to be completed on a single timber. By combining the adaptability of a CNC Wood Cutting Machine with servo-driven blade control, it ensures 7–10% yield improvements compared to conventional Multi Rip Saw Machines, while also enhancing safety and cutting stability.
Built with sustainability in mind, the MRS-340M records energy consumption and utilization data, which can be converted into carbon emission statistics—supporting ESG and net-zero initiatives. Its ergonomic design allows single-person operation while keeping the operator safely away from kickbacks, making it an efficient and reliable choice for Sawmills, Wood Mills, and other high-demand woodworking facilities.

Anti-Kickback Guarding System
- Hardened steel anti-kickback finger system (2 upper rows and 1 bottom row) are engineered for greater operator safety.
Specially Designed Feed Chain With Replaceable Surface Pads
- Two replaceable surface pads are available:
- Rubber surface pads that do not damage the wood surface.
- Forged surface pads for processing the board with rough surface.
Mechanical Lubricator
- The mechanical oil supply design can avoid the risk of electronic failure and ensure that the feed chain is always oiled.
- The oil amount can be automatically adjusted according to the feed speed.
- The oil supply pressure can reach 100KGS,which can avoid the oil holes being stuffed with wood chips.
