MRS-350 Heavy Duty Multiple Rip Saw
Designed for powerful and heavy-duty cutting applications.
The machine weighs 2,400 kgs for stable operation.
It can cut stock up to 135 mm thick.
The saw arbor motor is available up to 100 HP.
The saw arbor features a heavy-duty 55 mm diameter design.
It is supported by two front bearings and one rear bearing for high rigidity.
First developed in 1995 and still in production today.
It is one of Kuang Yung’s classic multiple rip saw models.
More than 800 units have been produced to date.
Saw arbor
- Japanese material, special heat treatment, resists twisting under heavy loads.
Caterpillar chain feed system
- Meehanite cast iron blocks, heat treated for durability and high cutting precision.
Fine Adjustment for Roller Parallelism
- Roller parallelism can be fine-tuned to align the rollers parallel with the chain slats and ensure straight feeding.
Anti-kickback guarding system
- Two rows top and one row bottom heat-threated anti-kickback fingers for operator safety.
FEED SPEED AUTO SLOW DOWN SYSTEM
- For Overload protection of saw motor (OPTIONAL)
- An overload protection of the saw motor. If the load of the saw motor exceeds the rated amperes, the link chain slows down automatically. This prevents the stock push from damaging the saw arbor or damaging the sawblade. Prolongs the life of sawblade by up to 10~20%.
- The variable feeding speed is inverter controlled easily adjusted by the control panel.
MRS-350 with Pressure Plate (Optional)
- To ensure stable clamping of the board and increase the range of workable material lengths.
POWERFUL AUTO INFEED ROLLERS (OPTIONAL)
- Equipped at the infeed end, the motorized rollers provide consistent, controlled feeding force to handle heavy, thick, or high-friction wood materials.
- This feature ensures smoother entry, reduces operator effort, and minimizes vibration or misalignment during initial contact, especially when processing moist or oversized lumber.
- An ideal addition for boosting stability and productivity in demanding cutting operations.
