The KUANG YUNG MRS-340M + Skew Movable Rip Saw is designed for manufacturers who demand both precision and efficiency in solid wood ripping. As part of our Optimizing Movable Rip Saw lineup, it delivers superior adaptability for diverse Wood Mills and Sawmill operations.
Equipped with a high-performance Scanner Rip Saw system, this Optimizing Movable Rip Saw automatically detects defects, board skew, and irregular edges, calculating the most efficient cutting path to maximize yield. By integrating the accuracy of a CNC Wood Cutting Machine with the throughput of an Automatic Saw Machine, it ensures higher productivity, reduced material waste, and consistent cutting quality.

Features Of Skew
- 100% American designed and developed scan system.
- Easy to operate, learn, update and maintain with iMac operating system.
- Rip 4~6 lumbers per minutes.
- 7~10% increase in yield compare with conventional multiple rip saw.
- Uniquely designed auto skew system, which provides 2~3% yield more than original fixed fence.
- Our system allows customer to do simulation based on rip width, giving the best saw width combination to customer for material saving.
- Provide production report, which include yield, quantity, total length, and cubic meter, and allow user easily to manage production,control inventory, and calculate cost.
- The operating position is out of harms way from kickbacks.
Air Loaded Pressure Rollers
- The complete air-loaded pressure rollers and the patented design hold down plate can ensure the stability when cutting wood, thus to achieve the board glue-joint effect after ripping.
Anti-Kickback Guarding System
- Hardened steel anti-kickback finger system (2 upper rows and 1 bottom row) are engineered for greater operator safety.
Specially Design Feed Chain with Replacebale Surface Pads
- Two replaceable surface pads are available:
- Rubber surface pads that do not damage the wood surface.
- Forged surface pads for processing the board with rough surface.
Mechanical Lubricator
- The mechanical oil supply design can ensure that the feed chain is always oiled.
- The oil amount can be automatically adjusted according to the feed speed.
