MRS-300 Standard Multiple Rip Saw
Designed for building materials, solid wood interiors, and furniture stock preparation.
A classic model still in production, and Kuang Yung’s highest-volume rip saw.
First developed in 1989, it has gone through three major upgrades.
Nearly 1,600 units have been produced to date.
It can cut stock up to 120 mm thick and 6 m long.
The caterpillar feed system ensures straight cutting without bending.
The cast iron frame frame
- Stable and durable.
Saw Arbor
- Japanese material, special heat treatment, resists twisting under heavy loads.
Caterpillar chain feed system
- Meehanite cast iron blocks, heat treated for durability and high cutting precision.
Anti-KickBack Guarding System
- Two rows top and one row bottom heat-threated anti-kickback fingers for operator safety.
MRS-300 with Long Pressure(Optional)
- To ensure stable clamping of the board and increase the range of workable material lengths.
Fine Adjustment for Roller Parallelism
- Roller parallelism can be fine-tuned to align the rollers parallel with the chain slats and ensure straight feeding.

Kuang Yung is willing to share our technics and experience with the customers to satisfy their requirements even the customer is trying to use some equipment to improve the saw ripping. We will still complete it though it is a small part. Our most important goal is to implement customer's requirement.
