Precicson-Engineered for Speed and Stablility
Maximum cutting width up to 450 mm, specially designed for processing wide boards
Main Features
- 1. Cutting speeds up to 60 m/min
- 2. Roller holders with pneumatic pressure design, together with Mihanna cast iron seamless chain slats and precision double-V rails, enable direct panel joining after sawing.
- 3. The rear end of the saw arbor is supported to ensure stable cutting performance.
Air-Loaded Feed Rollers
- All feed rollers are air loaded to ensure outstanding stability during cutting and smooth feeding ability.
Mechanical Controlled Lubrication System
- Provides proper lubrication and prolong lifetime of caterpillar chain and rail.
Auxiliary Powered Outfeed Roller
- The additional powered outfeed roller, equipped at the outfeed end, ensures smooth workpiece outfeed even for think, heavy and moist wood.
Ani-Kickback Guarding System
- Hardened steel anti-kickback fingers system (2 upper rows and 1 bottom row) are engineered for greater operator safety. One row of atni-backward fingers is positioned in front of first roller to prevent the wood from being pushed back during cutting.
Special Pressure Device (Patened)
- The specially designed pressure device holds wood more stable. As a result, wood can be used directly for composing after cutting.

Kuang Yung is willing to share our technics and experience with the customers to satisfy their requirements even the customer is trying to use some equipment to improve the saw ripping.
