MRS-12 Standard Multiple Rip Saw
Designed for lumber cores, finger-jointed panels, and furniture stock preparation.
Specially designed for short and thin wood processing.
Minimum working length can reach 200 mm.
Minimum finished width can be as narrow as 3 mm.
First developed in 1996 and still in production today.
It is Kuang Yung’s third highest-volume multiple rip saw.
More than 800 units have been produced to date.
Pressure roller system
- Three rows front and rear with springs to feed short pieces or warped timber smoothly and evenly.
Caterpillar chain feed system
- Meehanite cast iron blocks, heat treated for durability and high cutting precision.
Anti-KickBack Guarding System
- Two rows top and one row bottom heat-threated anti-kickback fingers for operator safety.
Saw arbor
- Japanese material, special heat treatment, resists twisting under heavy loads.
Replaceable
- Block available for urethane or casting insert(Optional)
