Using the existing combination programs to ensure remaining length is sufficient for reuse.
Touch-screen combined with icon guidance make it easy to identify and operate for operator.
The controller provides 4 axes control and high speed calculation. It can execute maximum size cutting optimization for 20 sets of size.
With the use of USB connection, production statistics data can be transfered to Excel file in a computer.
With the use of USB connection, It is possible to upgrade program software and conduct trouble shooting.
Employs Mitsubishi servo motor to drive the feed system with features of high speed response, high torque output and comprehensive safety protection.
The machine is designed with 7sets of top and bottom pressure rollers which enable the machine to fully exhibit its exceptional stability especially when cutting bent wood.
(Optional)Cutting motion is driven by a servo motor. Compared to a pneumatic drive, it features higher efficiency without air consumption.
